There are several golf courses in the area and we have listed some of them below. After a day of golf, please join us in the Original Bar for some tasty and thirst-quenching libations as you review your scorecard. Relax and enjoy the ambience and “made fresh” menu options that are prepared in-house by Chef Zach and his staff. If you are staying in the area, we have two overnight stay rooms with nightly, weekly and extended stay rates. We look forward to serving you.
- Emerald Crest Golf Course is located 8 miles south of The Eis House and is an exciting 18 hole, 5,435 yard, par 68 regulation course. The greens are challenging and the course, designed by local John Mayne and opened in 1960, is beautifully maintained. The course is open to the public.
- Battle Island State Park Golf Course is located 30 minutes southwest of The Eis House and is one of the most challenging in the area. Designed by Frederick Emerick and opening in 1936 the course is 5,973 yards for a par of 72. The course is open to the public.
- The Elms Golf Club, located 20 minutes north of The Eis House, is a great 18 hole regulation course located in Sandy Creek, NY. From the longest tees it offers 6,200 yards of golf for a par of 70. The course is open to the public.
- The Pines Golf Course, located just minutes north of The Eis House, is an 18-hole course, 6060 yards, par 71 course. The course is open to the public.
